Front yard garden bed plant ideas needed for Perth

Question

I have just redone my front yard and built 3 Raised Garden Beds, the main focal plant for the front 2 beds will be Frangapani, I am after suggestions for plants that will work well with frangapani but not over-crowd the bed.  Living in the northern suburbs of Perth with West Facing so full sun from midday to later afternoon. Plants to be low maintenance with regular but low watering.  Plants must be available in Perth region

That looks like a fantastic selection @sgood. The combination of Lomandra, Blue Chalksticks and Electric Pink Cordylines should provide plenty of texture and colour contrast, while the Frangipani will make a great focal point once it matures.

I particularly like the Japanese-inspired entrance garden. The use of rocks, a water feature and succulents should create a really calming space, and keeping the clumping bamboo in a pot is a smart move to control both its spread and ultimate height.

I went with the following plant selection, Lomadra Little Cons, Blue Chalksticks, Cordyline Electric Pink, and Frangipani as the centre piece.  The entrance bed we went with a Japanese-inspired garden with Rocks, a water fountain and succulents, with Clumping Bamboo to fill the back wall, in a pot to control spread and minimise height.  Also another couple of Lomandra Little Limes, still need to get some more rocks to fill out soil spaces.
