Can anyone help with how to remove these taps please

As removing taps is considered plumbing work, we’re unable to provide step-by-step advice on the removal process. For removing those handles, check out this previous discussion: How to remove acrylic tap handles. You hold the tap handle steady and unscrew the skirt from beneath it.
