How to fix Maze water tank tap leak?

I have this product purchased in September last year:

It has been fine until a couple of weeks ago when the tap on one of the tanks started leaking from the top.  Note that it is in the off position in the photo.  It makes no difference if it is off or on.  Would this be a tap fault, or is there something I can do with it?  Thank you.

Hi @stuartc,

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the tap on your water tank.

As this was purchased in September of last year, and the Maze mini tanks are guaranteed for 5 years, you would be entitled to a replacement tap for your tank.

If you head to this link, you can easily order a replacement tap. You will just be required to upload a copy of the receipt for your tanks.
