The only way to replace the lid would generally be to identify who the manufacturer is and then contact them to see whether a replacement part is still available. If this were a Bunnings brand, I'd be more than happy to do that for you.
You’ll often find the brand or model details:
As the lid is cracked, please use caution when handling it, as broken porcelain can be extremely sharp. I recommend wearing appropriate PPE including safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, a long-sleeved shirt, trousers and enclosed footwear.
If you’re unable to identify the manufacturer or source a replacement lid, you may need to replace the entire toilet suite, as the cistern and pan are typically designed to suit each other specifically.

I've had a quick look and found there is a manufacturer that goes by the name Aurora, but unfortunately, it is not a brand that we deal with.

Choosing the correct replacement toilet can sometimes be a little tricky, as there are several important measurements involved such as the set-out/setback from the wall, trap configuration and overall suite dimensions. Unfortunately, some of these measurements can’t always be confirmed exactly until the existing toilet has been removed.
Your best option would be to measure the approximate size of your current toilet suite and bring those measurements and photos into your local Bunnings store. Our in-store team can then help guide you towards the closest suitable replacement options.
In most cases, new toilet suites do include a new flexible connection hose, though inclusions can vary slightly between models, so it’s always worth checking the product details or confirming with the team when purchasing.
