I have an old alumninum sliding window and the middle part of it is fixed glass. I found the seal gasket around edge is broken, which part should I purchase and how do I remove the old seals?

This is a specialty product known as glazing wedge or glazing rubber which is specific to the thickness of the glass and the size of the pocket that the glass pane sits in. Unfortunately, we would not be able to assist with procuring this product, nor would I recommend the removal and reinstallation of it yourself due to the risks involved with working with glass.
My suggestion would be to speak with a glazier for their assistance with the removal, procurement and replacement of the glazing rubber.
