How to replace door strike plate?

Hi Workshop peeps,

I'm doing some renovations on my place and need to replace some strike plates in the door frames. The home was built in 1995 and the door frames are metal so I need to find strike plates the same size as the originals so that they fit the existing rebate.

The plate size is 68mm long x 48mm wide with the holes about 53mm apart. I've searched Bunnings stores and extensively on the Interwebs but can't find this size anywhere. Most are either 70mm or 60mm and the screw holes don't match up. I'm pretty sure these must have been standard at the time and must be in tens of thousands of homes in WA.  Why are these so hard to find, does anyone have any ideas where I might find some?

Thank you for your patience. The Assa Abloy team have just come back to me, and the measurement of the 5200 Strike TSP is 70mm from top to bottom, 50 mm wide and 55mm screw centres. This in theory would suite your needs and would be a much better fit than the standard striker plates. This item will need to be specially ordered at the special orders desk of your local store. I suggest showing the special orders team the picture and the full name of the striker plate. They will then organize the order for you.
