How to remove clover weeds from Buffalo lawn?

Our Buffalo lawn has been partially overtaken by this weed. I’d appreciate any advice on how to remove it. It’s also growing in the garden beds but I feel we can remove this by hand more easily than the amount in the lawn.

Also any tips on how to reduce weeds growing in the lawn and garden beds/maintain it as weed free as possible?

I suggest using https://www.bunnings.com.au/yates-2-4l-buffalopro-weed-n-feed-hose-on-weed-killer_p0178166 to control and manage the clover growth. Please make sure to follow the application instructions printed on the bottle. My best advice is to aerate your lawn with https://www.bunnings.com.au/saxon-lawn-aerator-sandals_p0241584 before using the Weed'N'Feed.

Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask.
