Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about the screen door.
I've contacted the Pillar customer service team, and they have informed me that the door comes with a door locking handle set. It's possible that the set might have fallen off the assembly or is packaged separately.
However, I have also asked your second question as to what other locking set might fit the door. Yes, you can use a different door lock to the one provided with the door set, but if the pre-cut holes don't line up with the new lock, you will need to drill new mounting holes for it. They currently don't have any information about the cut-out spacing as the door comes pre-cut from the factory.
