where can i find another lamp 70mm opening hole doesnt need to be the exact just need to cover as one broke

Where is the 70mm opening hole, you are speaking about?
It looks like this is a hanging pendant light, so I'm not entirely sure where the clearance hole would be. Is there a cover plate on the ceiling perhaps?
Or was it just a broken bulb that you are looking to replace? If so, could you show the connection inside the light fitting?

I need just the shade
There's a very high likelihood that the shade on your pendant lights is specific to that model of light fixture.
The only way you'd be able to find a replacement shade would be to identify the manufacturer and specific model of the light, then contact the manufacturer to see if they have spare parts available.
Have a look around and see if you can find any model numbers, stickers, or identifying marks. They'd likely be around the base where the bulbs connect if they are anywhere.
If the manufacturer is one of our suppliers I would be happy to reach out to them to see if spare parts are available.
