Hi guys, my shower door handle has come off. How do I paste it back? I've tried glass super glue twice now but it just doesn't work. Would appreciate some guidance.

Thanks for sharing your questions about your shower door handle. I suggest using a https://www.bunnings.com.au/trojan-safety-scraper-with-5-blades_p0191108 to remove the old adhesive on the glass surface and the interior flat side of the handle as well. Once both surfaces are clean and free of the old silicone and adhesive, I suggest wiping both surfaces with a paper towel and https://www.bunnings.com.au/diggers-125ml-isopropyl-alcohol-125ml_p1564443 . This will remove any oil or grease that may have settled on the surface of the glass and handle.
I suggest using https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-10g-power-grip-super-strong-all-purpose-glue-adhesive_p0067503 to attach the handle back onto the glass. It is a superior all-purpose glue, with high durability. It sticks virtually anything, is shockproof, dishwasher safe, water and weatherproof, drip-free, heat resistant from -15°C to +120°C, paintable and solvent free.
I recommend using https://www.bunnings.com.au/bear-24mm-x-50m-interior-decorator-masking-tape-24mm_p0144251 or similar to hold the handle in place while the silicone cures. Once totally cured you can then remove the masking tape.
Please be aware that you are working with tempered glass and when extreme pressure is applied to it there is the possibility that it could shatter and cause injury. Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask.
