The first thing that jumps to mind is filling them with https://www.bunnings.com.au/turbo-500ml-metal-builders-bog_p1210384 , which is a filler designed specifically for repairs to metal.
As that is relatively small hollow section aluminium, you would just need to push enough into the aluminium to create a plug that fills the hollow section beneath and sits flush with the surface.
Once it is dry, you can give it a light sand, then paint it to match the surrounds. You have anodised aluminium, so this https://www.bunnings.com.au/rust-oleum-312g-2x-ultra-cover-metallic-aluminium-spray-paint_p1580689 would be relatively close to its colour.

thanks Jacob, none of the frames are painted, so hoping to avoid that. Do you know if the bog is a ‘metal’ colour anyway?
The frames are not painted, but they are anodized aluminium, which is a process that creates a hard, coloured protective layer on the surface of the aluminium itself.
Unfortunately, no filler I am aware of will match anodized aluminium's colour, hence the reason I suggested paint.

Just a quick point here, you should actually use a filler that is specifically for Aluminium as different metals have different coefficient of expansion so over time, if you use one that isn't for aluminium, the fix will crack due to different expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
