looking for ideas as to how to repair/replace this conduit. I Can’t cut the cables to thread through a new piece.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we could recommend for this job that is D.I.Y. Any time work involves live electrical cables, it is not worth the risk.
I'd suggest you contact a licenced electrician for their assistance.
