Can I attach the Wall art panels onto a brick wall in bathroom please

Unfortunately, your question is a little vague. what wall art panels to what type of wall and where in the bathroom (it makes a difference if you are thinking of drilling through the waterproofing membrane)? Pictures would help

Assuming you are referring to the WallART panels such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/wall-art-2400-x-1200-x-3mm-carrara-ice-wet-area-wall-shower-panel_p6660416 , then unfortunately, no they could not be installed direct to brick.
As per the Installation Guidelines, they must be installed either onto an approved flat substrate, such as cement sheeting, or onto a framework of timber battens. The guide also notes that all surfaces must be flat, square and dry before installation. Since brick walls are typically uneven and mortar joints create an irregular surface, they generally aren't suitable for direct adhesion of the panels.
