Why doesn't scanning Flybuys QR code send e-receipt to Bunnings app?

I'm a bunnings frequenter and I've been trying to keep track of my in-store receipts.

I have a bunnings app with my flybuys linked, and I've added the QR from the Bunnings app to my phone's digital wallet, along with QR from my flybuys app.

I've done several in-store transactions the past couple of weeks and I've just realised scanning my flybuys QR doesn't automatically send the receipt to my Bunnings app.

Why is that? It just sounds counter-intuitive... I have to remember to scan every other flybuys-linked retailer QR code when I could just use one QR from flybuys for everything.

Would it be possible for Bunnings to communicate with flybuys so they would integrate that from their side?

I can see how that would feel counterintuitive if your Flybuys account is already linked and you're expecting a single QR code to handle both Flybuys and Bunnings receipt tracking.
