I am looking to completely refresh my old exterior brick. I do not want to render it rather bring it back to life with the bricks that are there. I am not too keen on painting it and wondering what the other options are.

When you say you'd like to "refresh" the brickwork, could you tell us a bit more about what you're hoping to achieve?
As you're not interested in painting or rendering, it would be helpful to understand what outcome you're looking for so our members can provide more targeted advice.
From the photo, the brickwork appears to be in reasonable condition. A thorough clean using a pressure washer and a suitable exterior brick cleaner may be all that's needed to freshen up the appearance. The mortar joints in particular look like they would benefit from a good clean.
Once we have a better idea of what you'd like to achieve, we can offer more specific suggestions.
