How to replace an IXL 3 in 1 bathroom heat fan light?

Hi Bunnings team,

I am looking to replace my old IXL 3-in-1 bathroom heat, fan and light unit (Cat No. 11303B, see photo attached below). The existing unit measures 253mm × 253mm, and the ceiling cutout is approximately 263mm × 263mm.

I have been recommended the following replacement:

I understand the product's fascia dimensions are 345.5mm × 345.5mm, which is larger than my existing unit. Could you please confirm:

* The required ceiling cutout size for this model, and whether my existing 263mm × 263mm hole is compatible (i.e. does it need to be enlarged)?
* Whether the fascia plate will fully cover the existing ceiling opening without leaving any visible gaps?

In addition, could you please provide a quote for installation of this unit by a licensed electrician?

Thank you for your patience. I've placed some images below to give you an idea of the cut out and the size of the front cover plate. The first two are the size of the cutout template which is 262mm x 262mm according to the printed table at the back of the box. The second two pictures are the cover plate size which says 350mm x 350mm, but I believe the 345.5mm x .45.5mm is more accurate. The last photo is of the measuring guide for the cut for different models.

In regard to your questions, it will be necessary to slightly enlarge the cut out as the IXL unit is a little bit bigger. As to the front coverage, the front panel will fully cover the existing ceiling opening without leaving any visible gaps.
