I am planing to purchase a Flatpax 900mm Utility 2 Door Wall Cupboard and install it in my garage. However, it's a metal frame house. Thereore, can you please guide me on how to do this and what kind of fastener I should be using for this project?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about installing your overhead cupboard to your steel framed wall.
I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to hang kitchen cabinets on steel framed wall? by @Reezy1. In the discussion it was suggested to seek out the construction guide to find the manufacturer's preferred method of attaching cabinets to their framing system. I suggest doing a bit of an investigation to find out what specific steel framing system was used in your home. Once you have that information, you'll have a better idea of how to install the cabinet to the steel stud frame.
It's important that the cabinet be mounted properly as the steel frame will not only be bearing the weight of the cabinet but its contents as well. Improper installation could result in the cabinet pulling out of the frame or the wall buckling due to the weight applied.
