How to change these type of lights?

Just to clarify, are you looking to change the light globe within the fitting, or are you looking to replace the entire light fitting?
If you're simply replacing the globe, you'll first need to determine whether it's a screw-in type (Edison screw) or a bayonet fitting (push and twist). Once you've removed the globe, the team in-store can help you identify and match it with a suitable replacement.
If you're looking to replace the entire fitting, that's generally the point where a licensed electrician is required. In most cases, you would select and purchase your new light fitting and then arrange for an electrician to install it. Bunnings also offers a Electrical Installation Service, which can take care of the installation for you.
Please remember that electrical work can be hazardous. For safety and compliance reasons, any work involving fixed wiring or the installation of a new light fitting should be carried out by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician.

Try looking into the one without the globe in the black section. can you see two channels one on either side of it or screw threads? Thge one in the second picture is of concern. Is it actually fitted to the surface as there is no sign of any screws (although they could be hidden behind other components)! If it isn't fitted, take that into Bunnings and they will soon fix you up with the right globe.
