How to repair pinhole leak in Colorbond roof?

Hi Bunnings experts! Unfortunately the silicone sealant in a small section of my colorbond roof has degraded over time and needs repairing as it now leaks. I've done some research online and have seen a product called Henry Wet Patch Roof Leak Sealant and Henry Roof Repair Fabric to seal the leaks but it is not available in Australia. Is there a similar product from Bunnings that would be suitable that i can use to reseal the problem area. Thanks for your help!

I'm really pleased the repair and products worked so well and, most importantly, that you've remained leak-free. The finished repair with the Crommelin membrane, reinforcing bandage and painted coating sounds like it's done exactly what we were hoping for.

Hi Mitchell. I just wanted to post a follow up to say that your advice and suggested products worked extremely well! We are very happily leak free since the repair. Thanks again for your expertise and help! The after picture has the crommelin with reinforce bandage and spray paint coating.

From your description, it sounds like the existing silicone sealant has degraded over time. If that's the case, I'd suggest carefully removing the old sealant with a scraper and thoroughly cleaning the area to ensure the new sealant can bond properly.

Once the surface is clean and dry, you could reseal the area with a quality gutter and roof silicone. After the sealant has cured, you might also like to apply a waterproof coating over the repaired section for additional protection. A product such as
