How to replace interior door passage set with 25mm holes?

I bought a replacement passage set today (ikonic Orbis). When I tried to install it in the existing old holes I found the surface hole needed to be 54mm and edge hole 25.4mm, compared to existing holes of 25mm and 20mm.

Is there any available passage set in Bunnings that would fit these smaller holes. I want to avoid the hassles of trying to enlarge the holes.

Unfortunately, most modern passage sets, are designed around the current standard bore sizes of approximately 50mm through the face of the door and 25mm on the door edge for the latch. The Ikonic Orbis you purchased follows this standard.

With an existing 25mm face hole and 20mm edge hole, you're likely dealing with an older-style door preparation. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any current passage sets that will fit those smaller holes.

Unfortunately, your best option is to modify the door to suit the passage set. This can be done using this https://www.bunnings.com.au/irwin-door-lock-installation-kit_p6330016 , which includes a jig for positioning, as well as a 54mm and a 25.4mm hole saw for drilling out your holes.
