Today I realized Little Ruby plant on a pot has holes in their leaves ,,,,what insecticide do I need ?

The holes in the leaves do suggest that something is feeding on the plant, but it's difficult to determine exactly what's responsible. Different pests require different treatments, so it's worth taking a closer look at the plant to try and identify the culprit before applying an insecticide.
Check both the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves, as well as around the stems, for signs of caterpillars, beetles, snails, slugs or other insects. If you can't see anything, inspecting the plant in the evening or early morning can help to reveal what's causing the damage. If you can snap some photos, that would certainly help.
Once we can identify the pest, we'll be better able to assist you with selecting the most effective treatment rather than using a broad-spectrum insecticide unnecessarily.
In the meantime, remove any badly damaged leaves and continue monitoring the plant for signs of further feeding.

Today I have noticed holes on the leaves and I will monitor it even at night I will check it with a torch
