The project:

I hated the yellowish colour of this vanity timber top and it was covered in stains from where hair dye had been splashed - so whilst the hubby was on a 2 day work trip I decided to strip it back, re-stain and re-silicone!

- Materials:

Feast & Watson Hard Floor Wax

Feast & Watson Walnut tint

Bathroom Silicone

Tricleanium Varnish stripper

- Tools:

paint scraper

- Step 1:

I started by stripping off the old varnish using Tricleanium and a paint scraper

- Step 2:

After stripping the old varnish, I lightly sanded the timber and stained it a warm walnut colour before re-siliconing.
