Hi! We have a shower head that has a handheld rose on a rail and we have switched the head over but can't work out how to remove the head mounting part to put the new one on. Would love and appreciate any advice!

Are you referring to the wall elbow on the wall or are you talking about the head mounting part of the shower assembly? Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the part you are trying to install? Can you please tell us the make and model of the shower assembly you've purchased? If it is a Bunnings product, we'll do our best to provide you with information. But if it is from another supplier, you'll need to contact them to get information about installation.
Generally speaking, the wall elbow is considered to be regulated plumbing work and would need to be replaced by a licensed plumber.

I'm wanting to put the Mondella Rococo shower head mount in. The head is currently running through the round silver part and sitting in the exisiting rail mount but it doesn't fit properly. I wanted to swap that round silver part for this bit so it will seat properly on the wall.
If this requires a plumber to complete then I will be sure to reach out to a professional.

Hi @ekh81, If you are not confident in removing the silver section screwed onto the wall outlet and replacing it with this Rococo shower arm mount, then I would recommend reaching out to a plumber as they'll be able to swap it over for you.

Thanks, Mitchell! I would absolutely have a go, I just don't know how to get that silver bit off. I can't see any grub screws etc.
As this fitting is connected directly to the threaded outlet on the wall, the removal could fall into the regulated plumbing work category, so I would suggest reaching out to a plumber to assist, @ekh81.
