How to fix leaking laundry taps?

Hi there

I've just taken off some old washing machine taps as I need something more low profile in order to fit a dryer on top of the washer.

Everything looks OK (I think), however, the fixtures on both sides have slow leaks. If you dry them, leave for a few minutes, and touch the bottom there will always be a little bit of water.

Hot tap is capped using:
Brasshards 15mm Brass Threaded Cap
Kinetic 15mm Tap Washer

Thread tape

Cold tap using:
Brasshards Chrome Plated Elbow
Brasshards Mini Washing Machine Tap 20mm

Thread tape

Any thoughts??

Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance.

Any changes that involve moving or reconfiguring pipework would be considered regulated plumbing work and would need to be carried out by a licensed plumber. I understand that the leak is inconvenient, I suggest using a plastic container as a catch under the fittings until you can schedule a plumber to repair the leak.
