The project:
No amount of scrubbing with barkeepers friend would restore the lustre to these old taps. I replaced them with some bright shiny new ones and now the bathroom looks polished 🙂

- Tools:
Adjustable pipe wrench

- Step 1:
Removed the small hot and cold nuts from the top of taps and freed the handles.
- Step 2:
Unscrewed the base of the tap fittings.
- Step 3:
Went under the sink and unscrewed the spout and removed it.
- Step 4:
Wrapped all the copper threads in plumbers tape to ensure a tight seal.
- Step 5:
Replaced all taps and spout.
