The project:

Removed the old existing outdated gas fire place and created a stone feature wall with a new electric fire place, creating a warm modern entertaining feature wall and environment in our living room

Grouting gun

- Step 1:

1. Removal of old existing fire place and disconnecting gas fire unit

- Step 2:

we framed out our new fire place wall and added insulation and stone sheeting to the frame

- Step 3:

we began sticking the stone cladding to the wall, piece by piece

- Step 4:

we build the custom shelf and attached it to the wall

- Step 5:

we Then began grouting the wall with our mixed sand and cement grout

- Step 6:

once grouting was completed we then wiped the wall with our sponges to remove excess grout and allowed to dry

- Step 7:

final step we then inserted the electric fire, mounted the shelf and mounted the new tv to our wall. And decorated the area to complete our feature wall in our living room
