The project:
We are currently renovating an old 1970 two story home. It belonged to my husband parents and now it’s time for us to put some modern twist to an old classic. My husband, son and dad have been working very hard in getting it ready to be moved in. We are nearly completed the lower floor which used to be the garage into a non compliant 2 bedroom, lounge room, laundry, toilet, shower and study area. It’s been a journey but the end is close. After doing the lower floor. It will be completing the top floor with modern kitchen, new bathroom and toilet and touching up those bedroom that came with the original house.

cladding, timber, toilet, tiles ect
- Tools:
saw, mullet, hammer, nail gun ect
- Step 1:
getting home loan to finance the Reno
- Step 2:
removing tiles and laying new concrete
- Step 3:
building timber frames and installing it
- Step 4:
Remove old cladding and add new cladding to lower walls. Add windows.
