Mask the walls and cut in the edges using a paintbrush - Fill in any holes if you have them
Paint remaining walls with a paint roller - this took 3 coats to get a consistent black colour from white walls
Epoxy floors, following the instructions on the box. Hang your peg boards and overhead cupboards. Place all your junk into containers to neaten up your shelving
