I have a single garage, the slab in about 2 years old. I am wondering process and equipment in how to micro cement the floor?

Unfortunately, we do not currently carry any micro cement products, nor do we, or our suppliers generally, consider it a D.I.Y. product.
My suggestion would be to reach out to a supplier of micro cement products for their guidance and recommendations for applicators.
I'd also suggest that you query whether the product can be used in a garage. Garages are subject to higher wear than standard concrete from vehicles, hot tyres, oil and moisture, so the product would need to be rated and certified for use in that environment.
