Brick house exterior transformation using cladding

The project:

The house was falling down and foundation had gone. I used the company to inject resin into the foundations which failed. Plan B was to pull the front of the house down reframe it and start again.

- Materials:

timber for reframing nail gun, insulation and isolation paper, James Hardy cladding, render for the bottom bricks, Bunnings plants for the gardens and bark, Dulux Shale Gray paint and Dulux.

- Step 1:

pulled down all the old bricks reframed the front of the house, insulated and the new isolation paper, applied James Hardy boards, use no gaps in between each board, reframed around the windows, painted boards

What an amazing transformation @ellys! Reframing the front of the house was no small undertaking, and the finished result looks fantastic. The James Hardie cladding, fresh paint and updated landscaping have given the home a completely new look.
