How to fix damaged rendered cement sheet fence?

hi guys! Have done some earth moving and managed to damage the fence in a few spots. Hoping someone can help guide me on how to fix?

looks like cement sheeting that’s been rendered. My thoughts was to cut squares and then fix concrete sheet to uprights, use the joint seal and tape and then render/paint but I’ve no idea!

Your proposed repair method is essentially how I'd tackle it.

The first step is to cut away the damaged cement sheet back to the framing so you have solid timber to fix the new sheet to.

Once you've removed the damaged section:

• Cut a replacement piece of fibre cement sheet to fit the opening.
• Fix it securely to the frame using the appropriate fibre cement screws.
• If there are joins between sheets, reinforce them with fibre cement joint tape and apply a suitable jointing compound or base coat, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Once the joints are smooth, apply a render or texture coat to match the existing finish as closely as possible.
• Finally, prime any bare areas if required and repaint the repaired section to blend it into the rest of the fence.

From your photos, it looks like the damage is fairly localised, so replacing just those sections should provide a neat repair without needing to replace entire panels.
