Mondrian-style feature wall

The project:

We were looking to add a feature wall in our living room and took our inspiration from an article in a recent Bunnings magazine, which featured a wall in the style of the artist Piet Mondrian.

- Materials:

We used a selection of the Dulux paint products

- Tools:

Spirit level

Tape measure

Small and medium sized paint brushes

- Step 1:

• Produced a scale drawing of the wall

- Step 2:

Added our design around the existing mirror which we wanted to keep

- Step 3:

Transferred the outline of the design onto the wall using the tape measure, spirit level and pencil

- Step 4:

Painted the wall to match the design

What a striking feature wall! Inspired by Piet Mondrian, it brings a bold splash of colour and personality to the room while still feeling beautifully balanced and sophisticated.
