The project:

Outdoor Makeover! We transformed our outdoor area by adding a DIY concrete block pool. The project took 9 months. Engineer drawings and building approval was sought prior to commencement, House and boundary was chemically injected prior to dig.

- Step 1:

It all began with a hand dig using wheelbarrows, shovels and buckets. As this was a DIY project the dig took roughly 2 months.

- Step 2:

Next we completed the walls using Besser blocks before they were core filled.

At this stage piping was added, electrical work and earting was completed by a certified electrician.

- Step 3:

The walls were then rendered and waterproofed.

- Step 4:

Pool was then tiled with mosaics.

- Step 5:

To complete the project we added an outdoor shower and plants Back wall was painted to complete the look.
