Roof was perfect condition 10 weeks ago.
What would have caused this to happen so quickly.

Thanks for sharing the photos. At the moment, they're a little too far away to clearly see what's happening, so some closer-up images of the affected area would really help us narrow down the cause.
From these photos, it's clear there's discolouration across part of the roof sheeting, but it's difficult to tell whether we're looking at staining, the paint finish breaking down, or if the paint itself has been stripped away.
Has any chemical, cleaner or treatment been applied to the roof recently? Can you tell whether this is a build-up on the painted surface or whether the painted surface has worn away?
One interesting thing is that the discolouration appears to have fairly well-defined boundaries, which can often provide clues as to the cause. For example, there seems to be no staining around what looks like a cable at the top right of the roof. Details like that may help determine whether this is related to moisture, a surface contaminant, or something else.
If you could upload a few close-up photos of the affected areas, particularly where the discolouration starts and stops and around the cable, we'd be in a much better position to help identify what has happened.

Thanks MitchellMC for your quick response and yes I found it interesting how no damage near the cable and also very clear defined boundary.
This is my island house and I have not used any chemicals on roof.
I will take closer pictures when I head back over and post them for help in solving this issue.
