Any changes that involve moving or reconfiguring pipework which include changing tapware would be considered regulated plumbing work and would need to be carried out by a licensed plumber.
My best advice is to look carefully at the length and size of your laundry room wall tap. Make sure to measure the outlet and inlet of the tap so that you can get a similar model.
