Our Kitchen tap is leaking as shown in the photos, is there an o ring or fix for this. The tap is only 4 years old.

Please note that plumbing work needs to be completed by a licensed professional for safety and compliance.
It's highly probable that the O ring for the spout has given way. Before you attempt a repair, please check the rules and regulations in your state to see if you can perform this repair. If not, I suggest engaging the services of a registered plumber to replace the O ring for you.
Please note that working parts such as washers, valves, soft-close seats are only covered under the 1-year replacement parts warranty.
