How to get rid of weeds between concrete and bricks?
I was doing hand weeding but it keeps on growing up.
What to do the weeds will not grow up permanently in there?

I suggest using https://www.bunnings.com.au/yates-1l-ready-to-use-zero-rapid-1-hour-action-weed-killer-1l_p2961900 if you wish to get rid of the weeds in your concrete/brick path. Weeds are very pervasive and are very hard to kill. One way to prevent them from germinating is to seal the area from sun and water. In your first picture it shows that they are growing between the gap of the brick and concrete path. Once you have pulled out the weeds, I suggest covering the gap with Sika 300ml Concrete Grey Sikaflex 11FC Purform. This will prevent sunlight and water from reaching the seed of the weed and prevent germination.
