How to fix a leaking shower head?

Hi- My shower head started to leak with droplets of water coming out from the shower head and from the unit attached to the main pipe. I saw a little rust/limestone deposit on the end of pipe. Any suggestions to make it stop. If i need a new onw to stop it, please suggest DIY ones.

Also, i have started to see paint chip-off from all of my doors and skirting(all off-white and white color) Any paint to do touch up which requires minimal efforts.

Thank you for sharing your question about your leaking shower head. When your shower head leaks the source of the leak is often the shower taps. Your shower taps stop the water from flowing into the shower hose and shower head. If you have an ordinary hot and cold tap, you can replace the tap washer in the spindles so that the leak stops. But if you have a shower mixer with a ceramic cartridge, you'll need the services of a plumber to replace the ceramic cartridge inside the mixer.

In regard to the calcium deposit, I suggest using https://www.bunnings.com.au/clr-750ml-ready-to-use-calcium-lime-rust-remover_p0356353 in combination with a bristle brush to remove any deposits that are present on the shower head and shower hose.

Would it be possible for you post a photo of the chipping paint from your door and skirting board? This will help us assess the severity of the damage. If it is not so bad, it might be possible to do some paint touch ups. But if the peeling is severe, I would recommend sanding down the entire door and the skirting and repainting them new. Once we see the pictures, we'll be able to recommend what steps to take.
