How to install shade sail in windy backyard?

Hi,

I want to install a Shade sail in my backyard which can get windy at times so assume I'd need to use 120cm anchors to concrete the posts into but not sure how wide the holes need to be, what concrete would be best or if it should have gravel added to it?
