It had not been down for over 35 years

Dulux Weathershield

Roof paint

Dulux Primer and Undercoat

Guttering

Weathet boards

- Tools:

Scissors Lift

Paint Roller

Paint Brushes

Sanding Discs

Silcone Filler

Drill

Saw

- Step 1:

Washed & Cleaned Area
Sanded off old Paint
Replaced Weather Boards
Replaced Guttering
Undercoated & Primed
Put First Coast of paint on
Allowed to Dry
Put final coat of paint on

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your house repainting project.

The house painting revamp looks fantastic. I reckon you got your money's worth in regard to the former paint coat as it had lasted 35 years! Hopefully the new coat will last just as long. If you have any photos before the paint revamp, we'd definitely love to see them. I'm sure our members would enjoy following the journey and seeing how the house slowly transformed and got a fresh new look.
