The simplest option would be to remove one of the side pieces and take it with you to your local Bunnings so you can match the profile. It looks like it may be a splayed architrave, but it's best to compare it in-store to be sure. If you can't remove a piece, take some measurements to reference whilst in the store.
Once you've found a matching profile, cut it to length with 45-degree mitres at each end, then fix it in place with a quality construction adhesive and a few finishing nails. A mitre box will be helpful for cutting the ends. You can then fill the nail holes, apply a bead of gap filler if required, and touch up the paint so it blends in with the existing trim.
