How to open a window without a key?

Hi there,

When we bought our house, we weren't given a key for the bathroom window. I checked and it appears to be this model: https://www.bunnings.com.au/whitco-white-lockable-window-winder_p4224993

The small button is currently stuck and won't pop up. Is there any way to unlock or open it without the key?

Thank you for sharing your question about your window lock. I'm sorry but without a key the lock button will not pop out. I suggest two possible options, first is to remove the entire lock and replace it with a new window lock set. Your second option is to remove the lock and bring it to a locksmith and have a new key made. This will save you the call out fee.
