The project:
This space was originally a length way two-car garage space. This space was unusable due to how narrow the garage was, so the back half of the garage has now been turned into a guest bathroom. By adding an extra bathroom to the house, it has improved the function when having guests, added value to the house and allowed for me to renovate the existing bathroom as it was very outdated

Back wall was gap filled with white Mortor

New wall and flooring structures went up

Walls, flooring, water proofing and tilling completed
