Front verandah build with Merbau deck

The project:

We have always dreamed of having a beautiful veranda—a peaceful spot to relax, admire the lush greenery and share a cup of tea with family and friends.

We took on the role of owner-builders to construct our 40m² front veranda.

We managed the whole project from start to finish. We sketched out ideas and handed over to a qualified drafter, then got a professional engineer to sort out the engineering drawings. From there, we brought in the right tradies to help bring it all to life.

Additionally, we converted the double driveway into a horseshoe driveway to enhance the property's kerb appeal.
