The project:
The garden shed. An often unsightly and boring structure that does nothing but act as a dumping ground for unwanted or seldom used items. Not this one. I built this shed. I’ve looked at it from all angles and admired every one. It’s a masterpiece. It’s the unsung hero of the backyard, standing proudly as the protector of all things gardening. Inside it is spacious and welcoming to all. I could hang a live, laugh, love sign in it, but I won’t. That would be weird. Here it is, in all its glory. My shed.
- Materials:
Absco Sheds 3.0 x 1.52 x 2.08m Monument Space Saver Double Door Garden Shed
Brighton Masonry 200 x 100 x 50mm Charcoal Mypave 215 Pavers
- Tools:
Ryobi 18V ONE+ 4 Piece Kit R18X4C1422B
- Step 1:
Cleared the boring lifeless area
- Step 2:
Levelled it out. Recycled some old pavers as the base, but bordered with new Brighton masonry pavers.
- Step 3:
Commenced the build, using the Ryobi drill driver and impact driver from my four piece kit as the main tools to piece it together, as well as some extra hands and a little bit of hard yakka.
- Step 4:
In all its glory. Finished.
