Looking for advice for painting some lattice doors. Pre-primed.
Was planning to use water-based primer (3 in 1 Prep) and then Taubmans All Weather as topcoat.
Is this an okay plan? Will waterbased be suitable?

That seems like a reasonable plan, however I'd consider changing the topcoat. While Taubmans All Weather will work, for doors that receive regular handling, we'd generally recommend using a water-based enamel such as Dulux Aquanamel. Enamel paints cure to a much harder finish, making them more resistant to scuffs, chips and general wear from opening and closing the doors.
In saying this, as the lattice is already primed, you may not need to apply a full coat of primer unless the existing primer is weathered, patchy or you have exposed bare timber after sanding. I’d lightly sand the doors first, remove all dust, then spot-prime any bare areas before applying two coats of your Taubmans All Weather.
A small brush, such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/uni-pro-50mm-you-can-do-it-angled-sash-cutter-brush_p0019773 is usually easiest for working paint into the lattice and around the edges, while a mini roller like this https://www.bunnings.com.au/uni-pro-100mm-you-can-do-it-gloss-and-low-sheen-mini-roller-kit-9mm-nap_p0096129 can help with the wider sections. Apply thin coats and keep checking the opposite side for runs, as paint can build up around the lattice joins. Also make sure all edges, including the tops and bottoms of the doors, are sealed to help protect them from moisture.

That primer would certainly be suitable, so you're on the right track there.
The only thing I'd consider changing is the topcoat. While Taubmans All Weather will work, for doors that receive regular handling, I'd recommend using a water-based enamel such as Dulux Aquanamel. Enamel paints cure to a harder, more durable finish, making them better able to withstand scuffs, chips and everyday wear from regular use.
It would also be worth reaching out to the manufacturer of the lattice doors to see what coating system they recommend. They'll know exactly what the pre-primed surface is compatible with and whether they have any specific preparation or painting requirements to achieve the best finish and maintain any applicable warranty.
The Taubmans All Weather is a softer coating, so although it can be used, it's more likely to show wear over time and may require the occasional touch-up. It's an excellent choice for exterior weatherboards, fences and other surfaces that aren't subject to frequent contact, but doors tend to benefit from the added durability of an enamel finish.
