The project:
my laundry was really ugly, outdated and miserable to be in. Considering we are a large family and this room is also used by guests as a bathroom it was in desperate need of renovation. It took 3 days but the transformation is fabulous!
- Materials:
All items used are from Bunnings - paint, blind, laundry hampers, rattan light shades.
- Tools:
sander, paint, spray paint
- Step 1:
clear out the whole laundry
- Step 2:
sand all timber cupboards
- Step 3:
prime timber cabinets twice then top coat twice
- Step 4:
cut in all walls & ceilings and coat twice
- Step 5:
sand laminate bench top, prime twice and paint twice
- Step 6:
hang shelf and decorate
- Step 7:
screw on all new handles
- Step 8:
screw on new light shades
- Step 9:
turn timber clothes hanger upside down to utilise the shelving more
- Step 10:
add plants and decorate
