The first thing you should do is isolate the power by switching it off at your switchboard. It is never worth taking risks when electricity is involved.
I've had a look and can't find a 3 in 1 light that exactly matches yours online. Can you see a brand name or any identifying marks on the fitting? If we can find the make and model of the light, there's a good chance there will be an installation guide we can use as a reference to assist.
Generally speaking though, 3-in-1 bathroom lights often require you to remove the cover plate, which is commonly referred to as a fascia plate, to then remove the bulbs. Obviously, the process can change from product to product, but this is often the process when it is not immediately obvious.
If you hop up on a step ladder and run your hand around the top of the light, above the fascia plate, do you feel any clips or bumps that seem like they are holding the plate in place?
If not, can you remove the two larger bulbs and look inside the opening? Are there any clips there? Sometimes there will be clips inside the openings for these bulbs.
Once the fascia plate is off, you should in theory be able to remove the bulb from the centre. That is, assuming it is in fact removable and isn't inbuilt to the fitting.
