I would like to know where can I find the mesh sling replacement for the patio chair?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
We've had this kind of question a few times in the past and have spoken to our suppliers for this style of chair for their guidance. They do not supply the material, nor do they recommend attempting a D.I.Y. repair as the material is machine stitched onto the frame, which is not possible to do after the legs have been attached.
There are methods you can use to reuse the frame, such as the one shown in https://www.bunnings.com.au/diy-advice/home-improvement/furniture-upcycling/diy-outdoor-chair-weaving-easy-patio-chair-repair-ideas or in the discussion How to fasten webbing over a steel chair frame, but it would obviously change the look of the chair. If you were happy with a slight change in look, these could be an option.
