Decided where to put the fire pit.
Dug out the dirt and decided what shape the wall was to be.
Layed and compacted the road base and Stacked the retaining blocks. Then marked out my outter circle with string line
Dug the outer circle out and layed bricks in.
Filled up behind the wall with potting mix and planted my desired ground cover.
Sat back and enjoyed my first beer around the pit(unfortunately bunnings could not supply the beer).

This is a fantastic transformation that keeps getting better with every stage. The curved retaining wall creates a striking focal point, the fire pit is perfectly positioned for gathering with family and friends, and the bonsai garden adds a unique, peaceful touch that gives the whole backyard its own character. It's wonderful to see the vision coming together step by step, and the finished space is shaping up to be a beautiful place to relax, entertain and enjoy for many years to come.
